Cancellations
How to stop a subscription, and what happens to what you've paid for.
Stopping renewal
Go to My subscription (in the menu under your initial) and tap "Stop renewal" on the copy. Whoever reads it, or whoever paid for it, can do this. You won't be charged again, and everything you've paid for still comes: printed issues up to the last one, and online reading until the end of the year or month you paid for. Changed your mind? Tap "Turn renewal back on" on the same page: it carries on after the issues you've paid for, and nothing is charged until then.
Cancelling a new subscription
- Print + digital: if your first issue hasn't been posted yet, you can cancel and get all your money back.
- Digital, yearly: you can cancel within 7 days of paying and get all your money back.
- Digital, monthly: stop renewal at any time. You keep reading until the month you paid for ends, and you're not charged again.
To cancel, please write to us at support@quazar.school or call +91 91871 27506 (see Contact), with the email you signed in with.
After that
The subscription runs to the end of the year (or month) you paid for. We don't refund the rest of it, but you can stop renewal so you're not charged again. If a printed issue goes missing or arrives damaged, see Refunds.
Copies bought for someone else
The reader or the person who paid can stop its renewal on My subscription. To cancel it, the person who paid writes to us.
If we cancel
If we can't deliver to your address, or stop publishing an edition, we'll tell you and refund every issue we haven't sent.
